Plastic Free Beauty Day is dedicated to challenging the use of plastic packaging in the beauty products we buy. According to a study, 73% of UK consumers want to live more sustainably and 69% of consumers want to reduce their plastic consumption – the number 1 sustainability priority.
Our ecosystem can’t sustain our current behaviours around plastics. Only 5% of the world’s plastics are recycled effectively – 40% end up in landfill and a third in fragile ecosystems such as the ocean. The United Nations predicts that by 2050 our oceans will contain more plastic than fish.
90% of us recycle regularly in the kitchen but only 52% recycle from our bathroom. Making the switch to plastic free means cutting out so much of that waste. From the best soap bars and glass jars to reusable cotton pads and face masks, it’s never been easier to switch to Fair Squared!

Our Cotton Face Mask is the world’s first reusable face mask made of fairly traded organic cotton. Reduce waste from single use sheet masks, our cotton face mask is suitable for repeated use. Simply soak the mask into one of our facial mask fluids, place it on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes to take effect.
